Negative feelings aren’t bad, as long as it does not drive you sad.
Sad in terms of depression.
That deep kind of sadness, is soul crushing.
Don’t get that far into your hurting…
But occasional sadness is good! It’s like food.
It drives you more into what is good.
Life, in its trial and errors –
Life is learning lessons!
A lesson I learned, is that you need to feel sadness every now and then.
In fact, there are levels, and several stages of your strength in sadness;
It continuously makes you better.
First, softer, kinder, and a lighter stepper.
Then, stronger, wiser, and more selective.
Because recently I haven’t been getting the love I thought I had, so at this stage I am more protective.
